We look forward to welcoming you to the Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena for the Davis Cup World Group II between Ireland and China PR. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all spectators, please review the following information carefully.
Tennis Etiquette

Please remain seated and silent during play.

Movement in and out of the arena is permitted only during changeovers or between matches.

Mobile phones must be switched off or set to silent.

No talking, shouting, or noise-making devices during points.

Respect the players, officials, and fellow spectators at all times.
Getting to the Venue
The Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena is located on the Sport Ireland Campus, Snugborough Road, Dublin 15.

Public Transport: Bus and rail services connect to Dublin city centre and Blanchardstown. For up-to-date transport links, visit transportforireland.ie.

Parking: Limited on-site parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Spectators are encouraged to use public transport where possible.
Venue Information

Security & Bag Policy: Bag checks will be in operation. Only small bags (e.g. handbags, small backpacks) are permitted. Large bags, sports/gym bags, and suitcases are not allowed.

Food & Drink: No hot food or hot drinks (e.g. burgers, chips, takeaway coffee) may be brought past the turnstiles into the arena. Cold food and drinks (sandwiches, crisps, sweets, bottled water, etc.) are permitted.

Alcohol: Alcohol is strictly prohibited at the National Indoor Arena. Anyone found with alcohol or under the influence will be refused entry or removed.
Ticket Terms & Conditions
Our Contract With You

A ticket is a personal, revocable licence, non-transferable and non-resalable except through authorised platforms. Any unauthorised resale renders the ticket void.

The HOST (Tennis Ireland) may revoke tickets at its discretion, with or without cause, by refunding the purchase price.

No pass-outs or re-admittance once you leave the arena.

The Ticket Holder assumes all risks incidental to attendance.

All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges for lost, misplaced, or stolen tickets.
Behaviour at the Event

Prohibited items include bottles, cans, alcohol, umbrellas, fireworks, banners, professional recording equipment, and camera lenses exceeding 300mm.

Spectators must comply with security checks and follow HOST staff instructions at all times.

No political or promotional material, merchandise sales, or unauthorised gambling-related activity may take place inside the venue.

Mobile phones may only be used discreetly and never to record match play.

Spectators may not log, broadcast, or share live scores or match data for commercial or betting purposes.
Publicity & Promotion

By entering the arena, Ticket Holders consent to being photographed and recorded.

The HOST (Tennis Ireland) and ITF may use such content for broadcast, promotional, and commercial purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation.
Rights to Make Changes

Dates, times, and match schedules are subject to change by the ITF.

The Event is played under ITF Regulations; changes in format or timing may occur.

The HOST and ITF are not responsible for cancellations or alterations caused by weather, government action, civil unrest, or force majeure.
Other Important Clauses

The HOST reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any individual for security, safety, or behavioural reasons.

Disputes relating to tickets should be addressed to [email protected]. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration under Tennis Ireland rules.
