Important Update – July 2025: New Vetting Forms and Online Questions
The National Vetting Bureau has introduced new vetting forms and updated the online part of the vetting process required during the application process.
Tennis Ireland is currently in the process of updating our forms to align with these changes. In the meantime, please be aware that:
- The online part of the vetting process now includes 2 new mandatory questions.
- The current forms will be replaced shortly. We will communicate the launch date of the new forms once finalised.
- From the implementation date, old forms will no longer be accepted.

July 2025 Update: Vetting Processing Times for Applicants
Please be advised that if an applicant has lived in any EU member state or in England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, the processing time for vetting applications will be approximately 10 to 12 weeks.
Unfortunately, there is no option to expedite these applications, as the extended timelines result from international checks that are outside the control of the Tennis Ireland Vetting Team.
We strongly encourage all applicants and clubs to plan ahead and submit applications well in advance of any intended start date.
