In conjunction with the Olympic Federation of Ireland (OFI), Tennis Ireland is delighted to announce that four players have been selected to represent Ireland in tennis at the European Youth Olympic Festival in Maribor, Slovenia later this month.
A weekend of qualifying followed by a finals weekend was held in May in order to nominate two boys and two girls to be put forward for selection by the OFI.
The following players have been selected to represent Ireland at the games in 2023:

Eoghan Jennings goes into the games for his second year having been selected in 2022 along with Rachel Deegan. This year Tennis Ireland is thrilled that two boys and two girls have the opportunity to represent Ireland at this level against the world’s top junior players.
The players are part of Team Ireland consisting of 42 athletes across 5 sports with competition starting on 23rd July.
Tennis Ireland would like to congratulate the players on their well-deserved selection and wishes Cian, Clíona, the players and all of team Ireland the best of luck in the games.
