Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Tennis Ireland CLG
will be held on Thursday, 8 June 2023 at 8.00pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Blanchardstown Centre, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, D15 T1FD and by Zoom for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolution which will be proposed as a special resolution.
That the Articles of Association, in the form produced to the meeting and, for the purpose of identification, signed by the Chairperson of the Meeting and marked with the letter “A”, be and are hereby adopted as the Articles of Association of the Company in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, the existing Articles of Association of the Company.
