2025 Irish Open Ticketing Terms and Conditions

The ticket holder hereby agrees to comply with these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time, and required by Tennis Ireland (the “HOST”) of the Irish Open (the “Event”).


Our contract with you

  1. This ticket is a personal, revocable licence. It is not transferable and may not be resold. Any tickets transferred, advertised, or offered for sale or transfer outside of any resale platform authorised by the HOST will be void. The HOST reserves the right to revoke this licence, with or without cause, by refunding the purchase price. No pass-outs or re-admittance are allowed.

  2. The Ticket Holder assumes all risks and dangers incidental to attendance at the Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after a session.

  3. All ticket sales for the Event are final, without refund or exchange. The Ticket Holder is responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen tickets.

  4. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotional (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes.


Your behaviour at the Event

  1. The Ticket Holder consents to searches for and/or confiscation of prohibited items. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: bottles, cans, alcoholic beverages, signs, broadcast-quality video/motion picture cameras and recorders, camera lenses exceeding 300mm in focal length, umbrellas, fireworks, and smoke bombs. Persons under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted entry.

  2. The Ticket Holder must not bring political, promotional, or advertising material or signage into the venue that can be seen by others.

  3. The Ticket Holder must follow the reasonable instructions of the HOST, its staff, or agents regarding security and crowd control.

  4. The Ticket Holder must comply with the “Health and Safety Protocols for Spectators.” These will be communicated in advance of the Event.

  5. The Ticket Holder must comply with any policies of the HOST concerning the possession and use of musical instruments or other noise-making devices at the Event.

  6. Ticket Holders are not permitted to distribute literature or merchandise within the venue.

  7. No Ticket Holder or spectator may collect, disseminate, transmit, publish, or release match scores or statistical data from within the Event grounds during match play for commercial or gambling purposes.

  8. No person may use within the venue any equipment capable of logging, recording, transmitting, or communicating any audio, visual, or audio-visual material or data unless licensed by the International Tennis Federation (“ITFL”). Copyright in any unauthorised recording or transmission is assigned to ITFL.
    Mobile phones and similar devices are permitted only for personal, private use and not during match play. No moving images containing match action may be published or made available to third parties, including on social media.


Publicity and Promotion

  1. By entering the venue, the Ticket Holder consents to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. The Ticket Holder grants irrevocable permission to the HOST and ITFL, and their partners, to use such content (including voice, image, and likeness) for any purpose, including broadcasting and commercial use, without compensation. This permission is granted in perpetuity.

Our rights to make changes

  1. The date, time, and location of any session are subject to change without notice. In the event of cancellation, processing and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note: the Irish Open is a sporting event and subject to variation due to weather, injuries, etc.

  2. The Event is played under ITF Regulations. The HOST and ITFL are not liable for variations in format or schedule due to these rules.

  3. The HOST and ITFL are not liable for refunds or losses due to cancellation or changes caused by government action, strikes, civil unrest, natural disaster, or other force majeure.


Other important clauses

  1. The HOST reserves the right to refuse admission or eject individuals for public safety, unacceptable behaviour, or breach of these conditions, the Health and Safety Protocols, or Event Regulations.

  2. If a dispute arises regarding tickets or attendance, Ticket Holders may contact the HOST at [email protected] to discuss alternative dispute resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by arbitration under Tennis Ireland rules.

  3. Ticket Holders acknowledge that the HOST and ITFL may use ticketing information for the purposes of processing sales, delivering the Event, and enforcing legal rights.
