Tennis Ireland is committed to ensuring that the welfare and best interests of all children and young people involved in tennis are paramount. Our Safeguarding Policy is guided by national legislation and best practice, including Children First: National Guidance for the Protection and Welfare of Children 2017 and the Children First Act 2015 in the Republic of Ireland, as well as the Children (NI) Order and Co-operating to Safeguard Children and Young People 2017 in Northern Ireland.
