Conor Niland was recently appointed as the new Irish Davis Cup Team Captain and is preparing to announce his team in the coming days.

Together with his assistant coach Jamie Delgado they form a formidable team with great experience to their credit.

Conor of course is well known to Irish tennis fans and retired from the pro circuit in 2012 while Jamie is fresh from the Australian Open where he coached his doubles partner Gilles Muller through to the Quarter finals before he came up against the World no 1 and eventual champion Novak Djokovic.
