26 Jul Boys and Girls 16&U Summer Cups – July 2022
The last of the Summer Cups get underway this week with both 16&U Boys and Girls in action!
The Summer Cups for the 16&U are part of the European Qualifying for Junior Davis Cup and Junior Billie Jean King Cup by BNP Paribas Competition, providing great excitement for all nations involved with the top 6 teams from the 4 Zones (A, B, C and D) qualifying for the Finals of the 2022 Junior Davis Cup and Junior Billie Jean King Cup.
Tennis Ireland is delighted to have the 16&Us competing in the Summer Cups to give players experience and increased exposure to international tennis.
16&U Boys:

16&U Summer Cups take place from 27th-29th July with the Boys competing in Valencia, Spain and the Girls competing in Nancy, France.
Ireland Boys are in Zone D in Valencia with Andorra, France, Hungary, Portugal, Spain, Turkey and Ukraine.
Ireland Girls are in Zone B with Belgium, France, Germany, Israel, Poland and Portugal.
The draws for both teams take place on the evening of 26th July.
