15 Jan Help shape the future of volunteering
The Government is developing the first ever National Volunteering Strategy and we want to make sure your voice is heard!
Volunteer Ireland and the network of local Volunteer Centres are hosting a number of meetings across the country so we can hear your thoughts and opinions on volunteering in Ireland. These discussions will help us develop our response to the Government’s Call for Input paper. This is your chance to influence how volunteering develops and is supported in the future.
You can register to attend a local consultation using the links below:
- Dublin – Monday 21st January
- Sligo – Wednesday 23rd January
- Carlow – Monday 28th January
- Westmeath – Wednesday 30th January
- Munster – Various dates across the province
If you can’t make it to a consultation you can fill out our brief online survey. The discussions at the consultation meetings and the results of the survey will help to inform our local and national response to the development of a national volunteering strategy.
