Success for O’Brien and Fennelly at National Indoors

Colin O’Brien and Jane Fennelly were winners of the mens and ladies singles events at the National Indoors held recently at Davis Lloyd Riverview.

O’Brien overcame John Morrissey in the mens singles finals, winning on a scoreline 6-3 1-6 7-6 while Jane Fennelly defeated Holly Monahan 6-2 7-6 to claim the womens singles title.

BNP Paribas National Tennis Academy success at National Indoors

There was considerable success for the BNP Paribas National Tennis Academy members at the National Indoors.

Winners of the u12, 14 and 16s boys and girls events are all members of the Academy with some players training on a full-time basis (5 days) and others part-time (2 or 3 days) at the National Tennis Centre at DCU.
