Julia Moriarty results from Argentina
Julia Moriarty competed in the $10,000 Villa Del Dique this week. She advanced to the womens singles main draw but was overcome in the first round on by Francesca Rescaldani (ARG) on a scoreline 6-4 6-4.
In the doubles event, Julia and partner Nathalia Rossi (BRA) earned a place in the quarterfinals but suffered a 6-1 3-6 [10-5] defeat to Maria-Fernanda Alvarez-Teran (BOL) / Ornella Caron (ARG).
