Sam Barry qualifies for second round in UAE
In the mens singles event at the United Arab Emirates F1 Futures in Fujairah, Sam defeated no. 5 seeded Sanam Singh (IND) in the first round 6-4 7-5. His next challenge is Alexander Satschko (GER) in the second round.
Sam Barry and partner James Marsalek (GBR) have earned a place in the quarterfinals of the mens doubles after a 6-4 6-4 win over Antonio Garcia Sanchez (ESP) / Jose-Ricardo Nunes (POR) in the first round.
