Lesley O’Halloran qualifies for third round of womens 45s singles in San Diego
Lesley O’Halloran has qualified for the third round of the womens 45s singles at the ITF World Individual Championships in San Diego after a 7-5 6-4 win over Brigitte St-Hilaire [CAN] in the second round yesterday. Her next challenge is Heidi Ruppert [GER] later today. Lesley and Philippa Palmer have continued their winning streak from last week with a 7-5 7-6(3) win over American pair Annemarie Brigandi /Jennifer Dawson yesterday which earns them in a place in the quarterfinals. They will face another American pair Tamara Simone/Shelly Works in the quarterfinals later today.
