Amy Bowtell qualifies for second round in Great Britain
Amy Bowtell has qualified for the second round of the womens singles qualifiers at the $25,000 Woking-Foxhills 2011 after a 6-3 6-1 win over Grace Lola Lymer-Sullivan (GBR) in the first round. Amy’s next challenge is Laura Slater (GBR) in the second round of the qualifiers.
Emily Madill also competed in the womens singles qualifiers this weekend. She faced no. 7 seeded Lucy Brown (GBR) but was unfortunate to suffer a 6-2 6-1 defeat.
