Julia Moriarty and partner Alexandra Romanova (RUS) faced no. 3 seeded Curovic (SRB) / Lysa (UKR) in the semi finals at the $10,000 Paros 2011 but were overcome on a scoreline 6-3 6-4.
In the singles event, Julia defeated Sally Dischmann (GER) in the first round on a scoreline 6-0 6-0. In the second round, she faced Nuria Parrizas-Diaz (ESP) but suffered a 6-3 6-2 defeat.
