Barry King fails to advance in Turkey

A number of Irish players have travelled to Turkey this week for the Turkey F17 Futures 2011.

Barry King was overcome in the first round by no. 1 seeded Ivan Sergeyev (UKR) on a scoreline 6-3 2-6 6-3. Daniel Glancy will play Anton Zaytsev (RUS) in the first round while Sam Barry will face Spaniard Jordi Samper-Montana (ESP).

Barry King and Sam Barry have teamed up for the doubles event and received a bye in the first round.
