Amy Bowtell qualifies for second round in Sweden

Amy Bowtell has qualified for the second round of the womens singles at the $10,000 Bastad 2011 in Sweden. Amy defeated Rebecca Peterson (SWE) in the first round on a scoreline 3-6 6-2 7-5 to earn a place in the second round. Amy’s next challenge is no. 5 seeded Yulia  Putintseva (RUS).
