Bowtell Results Update from Turkey

Amy Bowtell faced Akvile Parazinskaite (LTU) in the second round of the womens singles qualifiers yesterday at the $10,000 Antalya 2011 but was unfortunate to suffer a 6-3 4-6 6-3 defeat. Emily Madill was also competing at this tournament but she was overcome by Ekaterina Nikitina (RUS) on a scoreline 6-1 6-0 in the first round.

Amy has teamed up with Agata Baranska (POL) for the doubles event at they will face Turkish ladies Anil / Zubkov in the first round.
