Barry King advances to second round in Thailand

Barry King faced Sam Barry yesterday in the first round of the mens singles at the Thailand F3 Futures 2011. King defeated Barry on a scoreline 6-4 5-7 6-2 to advance to the second round where his next challenge is no. 2 seeded Hiroki Moriya(JPN).

The Irish duo teamed up for the doubles event facing Escoffier (FRA) / Venturino (FRA) in the first round but were unfortunate to suffer a 4-6 6-3 [11-9] defeat.
