Julia Moriarty Results from Mexico

 
After reaching the semi finals of the womens doubles at the $10,000 Poza Rica 2011 in Mexico last week, Julia Moriarty and partner Jessica Roland-Rosario (PUR) were overcome by Brazilian duo Hermenegildo (BRA) / Pereira (BRA) on a scoreline 6-1 6-4.

In the singles event, Julia Moriarty was unfortunate to suffer a 2-6 7-6(1) 6-3 defeat to no. 8 seeded Vivian Segini(BRA) in the second round. Julia defeated Ivette Lopez (MEX) in the first round on a scoreline 6-2 6-0.
