Barry and Glancy in doubles semis in Portugal
Sam Barry and Daniel Glancy have advanced to semi finals of the mens doubles at the Portugal F3 Futures 2011. They had a 6-3 7-6(4) win over Portuguese duo Domingues / Gaspar Murta in the quarterfinals.
In the mens singles event, Daniel Glancy advanced to the second round before suffering a 7-5 6-0 defeat to Adam Chadaj (POL). Sam Barry had a tough challenge in the first round of the mens singles event facing no. 1 seeded Claudio Grassi (ITA). He was overcome by the Italian 6-7(4) 6-4 6-2.
