Colin O’Brien advances to second round in Sheffield

Colin O’Brien has advanced to the second round of the mens singles main draw at the Great Britain F2 Futures 2011 after a 6-3 6-2 win over no. 5 seeded Richard Bloomfield of Great Britain in the first round. His next challenge is Liam Broady (GBR).
 
Barry King faced Vincent Stouff (FRA) in the first round of the mens singles main draw but was unfortunate to suffer a 4-6 6-2 6-1 defeat.
 
In the doubles event, James Cluskey and Barry King were overcome by British duo Daniel Evans / Andre Fitzpatrick in the first round on a scoreline 6-1 3-6 [10-7] yesterday afternoon.
