Julia Moriarty fails to advance in Luxemburg

Julia Moriarty has travelled to Luxemburg for the $100,000 Petange 2010 event.

In the womens singles qualifiers, Julia advanced to the second round after a 6-2 6-1 win over Tiffany Cornelius (LUX) in the first round. She had a tough challenge in the second round facing no. 2 seed  Anna-Giulia Remondina (ITA) and was unfortunate to suffer a 6-0 7-6(5) defeat to the Italian.
