Colin O’Brien suffered a 7-6(7) 7-6(5) defeat to Marc Rath (AUT) in the first round of the men’s singles qualifiers this weekend at the Switzerland F3 Futures.

O’Brien, who is currently ranked 658, reached the final of the men’s doubles with James McGee at the Bosnia & Herzegovina F2 Futures in February.
