Aivaras Balzekas Memorial Cup 2010: Bowtell victory in first round

Amy Bowtell had a 6-7(5) 6-4 6-2 win over Marta Hnatyshyn (UKR) in the first round of the girls singles at the Aivaras Balzekas Memorial Cup 2010 in Lithuania. Bowtell, who has been seeded no. 3 will now face Ella Leivo (FIN) in the second round.

Amy Bowtell is also competing in the doubles event. Bowtell and partner Bertasiute (LTU) will face Russian duo Ayzatulina / Chernaya in the first round.
