James Cluskey/Michael Venus in second round of mens doubles in Israel

In Eilat, Israel James Cluskey and Michael Venus (USA) have defeated Russian duo Fufygin/Reshetnikov in the first round of the mens doubles on a scoreline 4-6 6-3 [16-14]. They will now play Israelis Ben Zvi/ Steele in the second round this afternoon.
 
Earlier this week, he faced Matthew Illingworth (GB) in the first round of the mens singles qualifiers. Cluskey was unfortunate not to proceed in the mens singles and was defeated on a scoreline 6-7(4) 6-4 6-1.
 
James Cluskey currently has a ranking of 1222 and reached the semi final of the mens singles at the Babalot National Indoor Championships in December.
