Emily Madill Doubles Results from Finland

Emily Madill travelled to Finland this week for the Oulu eden Open 2010.
 
In the girls singles, she faced Ekaterina Verho (FIN) on Monday and was unfortunate not to proceed to the next round suffering a 6-2 6-4 defeat to Verho.
 
She competed in the girls doubles partnering Abbi Melrose (GB) against Russians Afanasyeva / Golman yesterday afternoon in the first round but were defeated 6-1 6-2.
 
Seventeen-year-old Madill, who currently has a ranking of 1249 competed in the Swiss Junior Trophy 2010 earlier this year and was a semi finalist of the u.18 girls singles at the Babalot Indoor Championships in December.
