Iran F7 Futures: Daniel Glancy in Second Round of Mens Singles

Daniel Glancy has advanced to the second round of the mens singles at the Iran F7 Futures taking place on Kish Island, Iran. Glancy, who is ranked 1106 defeated Abhijeet Tiwari (IND) in the first round on a scoreline 6-7(2) 6-3 6-4. He will now play Attila Balazs of Hungary (no. 7 seed) this afternoon. 

Glancy also competed in the doubles event partnering Aleksandr Agafonov (UKR) but they lost in the first round 3-6 6-2 [2-10] to Mohammed Mohazebnia (IRI) / Rupesh Roy (IND).

Daniel Glancy reached the semi finals of the Greece F3 Futures last month but was defeated by Petar Jelenic (CRO) who was the eventual winner of the event.
